Best Bushwhacker: Round 4: Chateau Bordeaux
Today’s Bushwacker is whipped up by affable Alex at Chateau Bordeaux.
Alex’s Bushwacker is a study in simplicity. Ice and just four ingredients: Cruzan dark rum, Amaretto, Kahlua and Bailey’s Irish Cream.
Blended, poured in an extra tall plastic glass, properly painted with chocolate and served, sans garnish.
The Chateau Bordeaux Bushwacker: $8 all day long. The 1,000 foot views are free.

Our favorite place for a Bushwacker is Our Market, “the drink specialist” a smoothie stand across from the Customs parking lot and diagonal to the Post Office. Be sure to ask that he throw in a couple of fresh Kiwi for a delightful/healthy Bushwacker.
Mooie’s, which incidentally is the oldest bar on the island, does a nice Bushwacker as well.

Excellent technique with the chocolate sauce Affable Alex! That design would be just like my brain-scan readout showing plummeting brain activity after drinking a few Bushwhackers…
The views are indeed breathtaking.

OOOOH yeah! Those Bush Whackers look miiiiighty good….the yellow and pink paint…not so much. More like yellow and Peptol Bismol……probably got a great deal on that one!

I didn’t even know the Chateaux Bordeaux reopened, when did this happen?
