And the Dolphin Fountain Is…
The spectacular dolphin fountain greets you at the gated Sirenusa.
We have no idea what’s going on up there.
The gate was open and we confess, despite how many people dislike it, looking up from below, the views from up there are pretty awesome.
We don’t know the official status of Sirenusa. Do you?

Just between us chickens, we have heard that they are looking for a property manager.

In my opinion, architecturally it is more appealing than Grande Bay. Not sure what the issue is.

Where should I send the property manager app?

Interesting! And great views and I agree with Karen, much more appealing than the big monstrosity by the water!!

When we were there in Dec. I chatted with some photographers from Germany who were hired to take photos of the property for advertising.

We have been owners at Sirenusa since February, 2008 and have thoroughly enjoyed our villa for about 12 weeks each year since. Banco Popular took over the development in 2010 and has done a great job finishing the development and maintaining the infrastructure for the current owners. We have rented our villa over the past 5 years to rave reviews. Also, of note, is that the additional three buildings with 25 more units will NEVER be built! Sirenusa is therefore restricted to 28 villas…not the original 47!

There ar currently 8 Villas that have been sold…4 back in 2008 and 4 more in the past year.
The current website from the link above is inaccurate in that it shows 47 Units with the three additional buildings at the bottom of the site that will never be built.
