The forecast is dark and stormy

The St. John Brewers guys are now in the Dark and Stormy business.
Kevin and Cheech have been perfecting a Ginger Beer for several years, even serving it on tap at their Tap Room, and now they’re bottling it.
“It’s a well-balanced take on the classic Caribbean beverage, with spicy ginger notes and a sweet balance,” Kevin says.
“Because of its popularity at the Tap Room, we decided it was time to bottle it and release it to the larger market of the Virgin Islands,” says Cheech.
St. John Brewers has a deal with West Indies Corporation to distribute the bottled ginger beer to convenience stores, bars and restaurants throughout the Virgin Islands.
(Ginger Beer + shot of rum = Dark and Stormy.)

Should be careful here. “Dark and Stormy” has been trademarked by Goslings and they do sue. They can invent a new drink, St. John Brewers Ginger Beer and Cruzan Black Strap Rum and call it a Love City Storm.

Good stuff Kevin and Cheech!
However, I think there was a typo in this post … I believe you lads meant “shots” of rum.
